Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
