Ingredients
12 large jalapeño peppers
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
12 slices of bacon
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. This will help reduce the heat.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
Place the wrapped jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with ranch dressing or your favorite dip!
